60 minute treatments:

• Aromatherapy Full Body Massage - This treatment delivers total relaxation and comfort, using gentle to moderate pressure the goal is not to target deep-seated muscle knots or injuries but to induce a sense of relaxation and calm and this therapeutic experience aims to address both physical and emotional well-being. The benefits of a relaxing massage may include reduced muscle tension, improved circulation, relief from stress and anxiety, enhanced mood.

• Gaia Jade Facial - This healing facial will leave your skin feeling rejuvenated and glowing. The use of Gaia's natural skincare products are tailored to your needs. Using Jade crystal wands to aid with lymph stimulation and blood flow, leave your skin feeling firmer and younger.

• Dr. Hauschka Rejuvenating Facial - This rejuvenating facial commences with a relaxing foot soak in either sage or lavender essences, your treatment will then begin with an arm and hand massage and the application of muslin compresses infused with Dr Hauschka essences to allow your breathing to calm and prepare you for your facial. Deep cleansing care and nourishing masks are delivered through carefully selected products from this beautiful organic range followed by the unique Dr. Hauschka lymph stimulation massage techniques using fine brushes that will relax and unblock the capillaries encouraging the self-cleansing function of the skins tissue. • Express Facial - A mini Dr. Hauschka facial which is ideal for those on the go, your skin is cleansed and exfoliated then followed by a gentle facial massage to encourage lymph flow. Finishing with our optimum skincare leaving your skin radiant.

• Acupressure Scalp Massage - Calm and relax your mind with our acupressure scalp massage using our specific aromatherapy oils to deeply nourish and hydrate your hair and scalp, leaving your hair nourished and silky smooth.
