Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT

All prices shown are applicable at the time of booking and are not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

Upon arrival at the Spa and check-in, you will be asked for a mandatory pre-authorization to the value of £10.00 from a credit or debit card unless you have pre-paid for your booking before arrival.

The full price of each stay and any additional charges incurred during your stay are to be settled in full before departure by cash, valid gift vouchers and all major debit or credit card.

Your credit card will be charged for the full amount if you fail to settle your account before departure.

VAT is included at the current prevailing rate unless otherwise stated. Bookings are taken at the discretion of You-Spa Cheshire Ltd and are subject to availability. Prices may be restricted or may not apply at certain times.

PROMOTIONS

All special offers and promotions are subject to availability and You-Spa Cheshire Ltd reserves the right to amend or remove details of offers without prior notice. All prices stated are ‘from prices’. All offers and promotions are valid for new bookings only and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

CHANGES BY YOU-SPA

In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your booking, we reserve the right to do so. If this does arise you can 1) accept the changed arrangements as notified, 2) make an alternative arrangement with us or, 3) cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel any booking made on a promotional rate and rebook on an alternative date – subject to availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note by booking an appointment with You-Spa Cheshire Ltd you are automatically agreeing to our policies.

Cancellations

Please note we hold a strict 48 hours cancellation policy, if this is not adhered to you may incur a charge of the total treatment price. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please give at least 48 hours’ notice. We will be happy to change or cancel any appointments up until 48 hours before. Cancellations should be made by calling us directly on 01270 910224 Please do not use other means social media messages or computer reminder text numbers as these messages do not get seen quickly enough.

Cancellations or appointment movements made within 48 hours requires 50% of the treatment price Cancellations or appointment movements made within 24 hours and ‘no shows’ requires 100% of the treatment price. Any changes on the day to reduce the treatments booked once arrived for that appointment requires 100% of the treatment price as is classed as less than 24 hours’ notice.

Payment will be required before a new booking can be made. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel future appointments at the spa if appointments are continuously missed/ changed without notice.

Late Arrivals

Please note we hold a strict punctuality policy, all allocated appointments must begin and end at the scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed. If you do not attend or are more than 15 minutes late and we do not have adequate time to complete your full treatment /treatments booked to the highest standard or to clean between clients you may be turned away and you will be required to pay 100 % of the treatments that were booked.
